OSIH builds — and only commits to — work that produces residual value: tools, infrastructure, and ideas that keep working, keep compounding, and keep returning value long after we have moved on to the next thing.

The problems we want

We are not interested in low-hanging fruit. We are not interested in incremental optimization or cosmetic features. We want the toughest problem in the room — the one most teams talk around because it requires both the engineering depth and the operational realism to take seriously. Real issues with real impact. Everything else is noise.

The work we have shipped is the proof: Bwendi resolves complete market context for any coordinate on Earth; Equiterrain brings honest land valuation to African markets; the CamerDeals · ShayaShaya · NGDeals marketplace family rebuilds local building-materials commerce across three countries on a shared engine.

The team

OSIH is a small group with backgrounds spanning aerospace engineering, software engineering, sales, and business administration at the highest level — trained at and connected through institutions including ESADE, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, the University of Mannheim, and EPFL. The mix is deliberate: hard engineering rigor, commercial fluency, and operational maturity in the same room, on the same problem.

How we work

Each project has a single owner inside OSIH. There is no account team, no waterfall, no kickoff meetings. Concept, design, and engineering are the same act, performed by the same people, in the same week.

We prototype in days, not weeks. The prototype is real software running on real machines — not a mockup. It exists so it can be lived with, broken, and rebuilt before opinions calcify.

What we say no to

How we are paid

When we do take outside work, we do not take a cent before delivery. If payment is not made on delivery, the project is not turned over. The arrangement is simple, and it filters for the only kind of partner we want.
