Better evidence.
Better market decisions.
Practical guidance for teams considering African market entry, customer research or an AI investment. Start with the decision you need to make, not the technology you want to buy.

Choosing an engagement
What does an African market-entry plan include?
OSIH's Market-entry Strategy and Business Plan starts from CHF 49,900 for one market and agreed locations. It includes 500 completed structured interviews of up to 15 minutes each, research synthesis, entry strategy, financial scenarios and a business plan. Final scope, tax-inclusive total, field access and schedule are agreed before payment. A large sample alone does not establish representative demand.
Which service fits a smaller decision?
- Africa Pre-Mortem — CHF 1,900: challenge one project idea before investing.
- Africa AI Feasibility Assessment — CHF 2,900: test one workflow in one African country before building.
- Africa Adoption Fit Study — CHF 4,900: understand whether one user group will adopt one solution.
- Proposal Second Opinion — CHF 1,200: independently review one vendor proposal before signing.
These four fixed fees include applicable tax. Read the full scope and delivery requirements and engagement terms before commissioning online. Market-entry strategy is proposal-led, not a fixed-price checkout package.
Where is OSIH based, and which markets does it cover?
OSIH is based at Kappelenstrasse 89, 3472 Wynigen, Bern, Switzerland, and specialises in African markets. Cameroon is part of its practical experience. Its network includes Nigeria, Zambia, South Africa, Kenya, Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal; local support and field access are confirmed per engagement, not assumed. See where we work and the legal business details.
Who does the work?
Francis Osih, the founder, personally leads engagements. The portfolio describes OSIH's own products, not client testimonials. The process page explains how evidence, scope and delivery are agreed.
